Terms & Conditions

• Lessons missed for any reason cannot be refunded, made up or transferred to other swimmers.
• Payment must be made before the lesson begins, by cash on poolside.
• All swimmers must wear a swim hat. We sell these for £4.00 per hat (cash only).
• The use of cameras, camcorders or mobile phones on poolside or in the changing area is strictly prohibited.
• Outdoor footwear is not permitted on poolside; we sell over shoes for £0.25.
• No abuse will be tolerated towards teachers or pupils.
• No food or drink may be brought onto the poolside.  Pushchairs are not permitted on poolside.
• Please only enter the pools facilities, including the changing rooms, 10 minutes prior to the commencement of your  lesson.
• Aqua Swim School take no responsibility for loss or damage to property. Please take all valuables onto the poolside, do not leave them in the changing room cubicles.
• The car park has a speed limit so please do take care and keep to it.
• All swimmers, please refrain from wearing jewellery whenever possible.

COVID-19 Guidelines

• Do not attend your lesson if you or someone within your household has or has had any of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) symptoms within the last 7 days
• Adults are asked to wear face coverings when possible whilst in the premises unless you are exempt
• Hand sanitizer will be available on entering and exiting the premises
• We encourage you to arrive to your lesson in your swimming attire. We recommend loose clothing/dressing gowns/hooded towels over the top
• A one-way system will be in place, please adhere to signage and directions provided
• Chairs will be available on poolside for a bag of belongings.
• Showers are available in the changing area
• Floats/aids/pool equipment will be cleaned after each lesson
• Swimmers will keep the same float/equipment for the duration of their lesson
